Toddler-Time

Tiny Tumblers & Movers
(Walking to 3 Years – Parent & Me)
Toddlers are natural tumblers, climbers, dancers, and performers — always ready to learn through play and movement. This class is designed to nurture that instinct by introducing them to the exciting worlds of gymnastics, dance, acrobatics, ninja skills, and parkour in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment.
Through guided activities, your toddler will:
  • Bounce on trampolines
  • Crawl through obstacle courses
  • Balance on beams
  • Try simple acrobatic poses
  • Dance, play, and imagine
  • Build coordination and confidence
By starting early, your child can develop foundational skills without the fear that often holds older beginners back. Preschool Gymnastics

Mini Gymnastics Stars
(Ages 2–4 • Must be potty trained)
This is your child’s exciting first step into independent gymnastics, parkour, and ninja-style movement!  In this fun and energetic class, we introduce foundational gymnastics skills in a safe, playful environment designed just for little learners.
Your child will develop:
  • Balance & coordination
  • Gross motor skills
  • Social skills & confidence
  • Jumping, climbing, and tumbling basics
We focus on correct form and safety, all while making sure your child has a blast. With every roll, jump, and high-five, they’ll gain strength, confidence, and skills that will benefit them — not just in gymnastics, but in any sport or activity they choose to pursue.

Basic Ninja Gymnastics

​Basic Ninja Gymnastics & Parkour
(Ages 5 & up)
Perfect for kids just starting their tumbling, gymnastics, or parkour journey!
This beginner-level class introduces the fundamentals of gymnastics and ninja training, while helping students build strength, flexibility, confidence, and coordination from day one.
In this fun, energetic class, students will explore a variety of kid-favorite apparatuses and tools, including:
  • Tumbling – Learn foundational moves like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and more
  • Trampoline – Practice safe bouncing techniques and develop aerial awareness
  • Beams, Blocks & Parkour Tools – Climb, jump, vault, and balance like a ninja
  • Bars – Strengthen, swing, support, and build grip with a variety of bar apparatuses and drills
  • Rings & Aerial Equipment – Improve upper body control, coordination, and balance
  • Air Floor & Springboard – Experience soft landings while working on jumps, flips, and takeoffs
This class keeps kids moving, engaged, and challenged in a in a fun, energetic, supportive and safe environment where kids stay active, build skills, and gain confidence — all while having a blast! 


Multi-Level Gymnastics

Multi-Level / Intermediates
(Invitation Only – Prior Experience Required)
This advanced class is designed for students with prior experience and is available by invitation only. Each session is tailored to the individual skill level of the student, ensuring focused progress in a supportive environment.
The class emphasizes:
  • Proper form and technique
  • Strength and flexibility development
  • Technical precision in gymnastics, tumbling & parkour skills
Prerequisites:
Students must be able to perform the following skills independently before enrolling:
  • Back bend
  • Headstand and/or handstand
  • Hurdle
  • Dive forward roll
  • Cartwheel
This class is perfect for athletes ready to build on foundational skills and take their tumbling to the next level with greater control, confidence, and discipline.

Gymnastics Plus

Advanced Gymnastics — Plus So Much More!
(Invitation Only – Skill Evaluation Required)
This advanced-level class is designed for students who have already mastered foundational gymnastics skills and are ready to take their training to the next level. Admission is by invitation only, following a skill evaluation by our coaching team.
In this class, students will focus on:
  • Strength and flexibility development
  • Proper technique and form
  • Precision and control in advanced skills
But that’s not all — this class offers a wide variety of gymnastics-inspired disciplines to challenge and inspire athletes, including:
  • Artistic & Rhythmic Gymnastics
  • Acrobatics
  • Parkour
  • Circus & some Aerial Arts
Skill Requirements
Students must be able to perform the following skills independently and with proper form:
  • Cartwheel
  • Round-off with rebound
  • Handstand forward roll and/or back extension roll
  • Front limber and/or back bend kick-over
This class provides a structured, challenging, and fun environment where athletes can refine their skills, grow in confidence, and explore the broader world of movement arts, while  preparing for more advanced gymnastics progressions.

Parkour

Jump. Climb. Flip. Flow.
Parkour is a dynamic training discipline that originated from military obstacle course training. The goal? To move from one point to another in the most efficient, creative, and controlled way possible — by running, jumping, vaulting, climbing, and rolling through your environment.
In our parkour classes, students will also explore tumbling and stunting techniques to enhance their agility, coordination, and style.
With our gymnastics expertise, we provide a safe, fun, and high-energy environment where kids can:

Kardio kidz Preschool

Hands-On Learning & Exploration for Young Kidz At this stage, children learn best through hands-on experiences, movement, and active exploration. Our program is thoughtfully designed to help children discover how the world works while building confidence, creativity, and a love for learning in a fun and engaging environment. Creative Crafts


Get ready to imagine, design, and create! In Creative Crafts Camp, students will explore a wide variety of hands-on art projects using different materials and techniques. From painting and drawing to building, sculpting, jewelry making and mixed media, campers will have the opportunity to express their creativity in fun and unique ways.

Each day brings a new project that encourages imagination, problem-solving, and self-expression. Campers will experiment with color, texture, and form while creating keepsakes they can be proud of. Whether they love to craft, design, or just get a little messy, this camp is perfect for young artists of all skill levels.

Mini AcroDance & Music

​Where Dance Meets Acrobatics!
(Beginner Level – Ages 4–7 recommended)
The foundation for success in all dance forms begins with ballet — and AcroDance builds on that by blending classical technique with the excitement of acrobatic movement and dynamic choreography.
This joyful and imaginative class also introduces young students to the fundamentals of dance, acrobatics, and creative movement in a fun, story-based format. Using interactive play, musical exploration, and engaging movement, kids will discover the beauty of grace, poise, and self-expression — all while having an absolute blast!
Students will enjoy dancing to a variety of music styles and even use instruments, props and partners to create their own rhythm and movement. Each class includes a playful introduction to multiple dance and movement styles, including:
  • Jazz, Acro, Ballet, and Modern Dance
  • Cheer, Tap, Clogging, Creative Movement, and Yoga
  • Tumbling fundamentals for strength and coordination

In AcroDance, students will:
  • Explore basic ballet and a variety of dance techniques
  • Learn beginner acro skills in a safe, supportive environment

AcroDance

Where Acrobatics Meets Artistic Dance
(Ages 6–12)
AcroDance is a dynamic and expressive class that combines tumbling and acrobatic skills with classical and contemporary dance technique. Designed for students with previous experience in dance and tumbling or gymnastics, this class highlights strength, flexibility, control — and above all, personal expression.
Students will learn how to blend fluid movement with precision acrobatic elements, creating choreography that is both athletic and artistic. Movements are set to popular music and explored through a variety of dance styles including jazz, lyrical, hip hop, improv, contemporary, and modern — with variations based on instructor preference and class personality.
In this class, students will:
  • Combine acro and gymnastics skills with music and choreography
  • Explore jazz and a variety of other dance styles
  • Develop strength, control, and flexibility
  • Learn kicks, leaps, turns, and transitions
  • Build confidence, creativity, and personal dance style
  • Practice expressive performance in a supportive environment
This class is an excellent way for students to refine their technique while embracing creativity and developing their own unique movement identity.
Prerequisites:
  • Prior dance and tumbling/gymnastics experience required
  • Quality dance shoes required
  • It is recommended to take a tumbling or gymnastics class alongside AcroDance for continued skill development

Mini Cheer Dance Tumble

A Fun-Packed Intro to Movement!
(Ages 3–5)
This energetic and engaging class is the perfect introduction for our youngest students who are just beginning to explore the exciting world of cheerleading, dance, and tumbling!
Designed specifically for ages 3 to 5, this class offers a playful and structured way for kids to sample everything we do at Kardio Kidz USA. From cheer fundamentals to beginner dance technique and basic tumbling skills, students will build coordination, confidence, and a love for movement — all in one fun-filled experience.
In this class, students will:
  • Learn basic cheer motions, improve verbal skills through chants, and build teamwork in a fun, age-appropriate way
  • Explore beginner dance steps and rhythm through imaginative movement
  • Practice foundational tumbling skills in a safe, supportive environment
  • Maintain natural flexibility while developing strength, balance, and coordination

They will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading, develop basic dance technique, and practice the essentials of tumbling — all in a fun, supportive, and energetic environment.

  • Advancing cheer technique and performance skills

CLASS SCHEDULES

What to wear:

​For Gymnastics: Students need leotard or Biketard (or fitted shirt and shorts), Kardio Kidz T-shirt and bare feet. 
For Parkour and Cheer: Students need leotard or Biketard, fitted shirt and shorts,Kardio Kidz T-shirt and recommended shoes.
For Dance:  Students need leotard or Biketard (or fitted shirt and shorts), Kardio Kidz T-shirt
 convertible tights and recommended shoes.

For Performances: Please plan to wear Kardio Kidz attire for performances. Order early for discounts. 

The Kardio Kidz Objective:

  #1:  To help kids get active & develop physically fit patterns so they can learn to stay healthy throughout their lives!

  #2:  To help children build skills that will help improve their athletic abilities and their self-confidence.

  #3   To help students overcome natural human fears of performing in front of an audience.

  #4   Tumbling is a great skill to learn at any age! It builds core muscles, coordination & improves flexibility.

  #5    The skills your children will learn in these classes will help them with any sport they participate in!

Kardio Kidz Classes Include:

  • Focus on strength and flexibility to obtain technical precision of Gymnastics, Dance or Cheer. 

  • Multi-Class discounts are available for families with more than one child enrolled in classes during a session. Or children who enroll in more than one class per session.

  • Passionate, dedicated coaches that will offer consistency and there expertise to your child to help them develop to their full potential.

  • Children will be asked to practice the skills they are learning in class at home to help fully develop their abilities.

  • Parent involvement is encouraged.

  • Children will get to perform at least once each session for parents.

  • Both boys and girls and Kidz of all ages are welcome in any of our classes (Gymnastic, Dance or Cheer).
